As you may know, in addition to the topics our users create, we have global topics as well. It makes them even more "findable" to other users who are interested, and enables them to also contribute new feeds and whatnot. Do you mind if I use your user topic for net neutrality as the starter feed set for a Net Neutrality global topic?
